"Homemade Style" nasce dall’idea che per stare insieme e ACCHITTARCI non servano saloni, soldi o attestati.
Attraverso lo scambio di saperi e competenze tra amiche, gesti come fare le trecce, le unghie o creare accessori diventano occasioni di contaminazione e CREAZIONE DI SPAZI ESCLUSIVAMENTE FEMMINILI, AL DI FUORI DELLE LOGICHE DI PROFITTO.
È cosi che Awa, la protagonista del video, in una grigia giornata autunnale milanese passa a casa di Giorgia che le acconcia i capelli, di Scarlett che le fa le unghie mentre le amiche piazzano sul divano e di Spokoj che le costruisce degli orecchini su misura in box, terminando con un’amica che passa a prenderla in booster.

“Homemade Style” is rooted in the idea that spending time together and getting dressed up shouldn’t require salons, money or qualifications.
Through the exchange of knowledge and skills among friends, activities such as braiding hair, doing nails or creating accessories become opportunities for mutual inspiration and the creation of women-only spaces, outside the logic of profit.
This is how Awa, the protagonist of the video, spends a grey autumn day in Milan: she visits Giorgia, who styles her hair, and Scarlett, who does her nails while her friends hang out on the couch. Then, Spokój makes her a custom pair of earrings in the box, before another friend comes to pick her up on her scooter.
